MeowPush Terms of Service
Effective date: August 26, 2026
Last updated: August 26, 2026
Welcome to MeowPush. The provider of MeowPush (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers a globally available, cross-platform notification delivery service through accounts, device registration, application programming interfaces (APIs), and related clients. These Terms are an agreement between you and us governing access to and use of the MeowPush Services.
Please read these Terms carefully before registering, signing in, or using the Services, particularly the bold provisions concerning credential risks, prohibited conduct, account enforcement, disclaimers, and limitations of liability. By indicating agreement, registering an account, or actually using the Services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Consumer or other statutory rights that cannot be excluded where you live are not waived by these Terms.
1. Acceptance and Scope
If you have not reached the age required by the law where you live to enter this agreement independently, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf. You must not use the Services if local law prohibits minors from doing so. If you use the Services for a company, organization, or other entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
These Terms apply to the MeowPush website, account services, clients, APIs, device and device-group management, and notification delivery features. Additional terms may apply to a particular region, enterprise order, paid plan, or data-processing arrangement. If additional terms conflict with these Terms, the additional terms control only the specific matter they expressly cover.
2. The Services
MeowPush may provide account registration and sign-in, device and platform push-token registration, Device Push Key and Group Push Key management, receipt and format conversion of notification requests, cross-platform routing, necessary delivery or read-state synchronization, and local notification history in clients. Available platforms, clients, quotas, and features are determined by the current pages, documentation, and interfaces.
We may offer trial, free, or separately announced paid features. When fees, quotas, renewals, taxes, refunds, or invoices apply, the order or plan terms shown to and accepted by you before purchase control. These Terms do not promise a particular free allowance, price, service level, or permanent availability.
3. Accounts and Credentials
You must provide accurate information that you lawfully obtained, must not impersonate anyone, and must keep account and device data current. You must safeguard passwords, session tokens, Push Keys, platform tokens, and other credentials and must not disclose them to unauthorized persons.
A Push Key is a bearer credential that can initiate push delivery to the corresponding device or device group without the account password. Anyone who obtains a Push Key may be able to use the associated push capability. If you suspect that a credential has been exposed, immediately rotate or delete the affected Push Key, remove devices you no longer use, and contact us at the support address in these Terms. Signing out normally ends only the current account session; it does not necessarily delete device credentials or local notification history.
You are responsible for activity initiated through your account or credentials, except to the extent caused by our breach of these Terms, security obligations, or applicable law. Without our written permission, you may not sell, rent, transfer, or share an account to evade access restrictions.
4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
You may use the Services only for lawful, authorized purposes consistent with these Terms and upstream platform rules. The following conduct is a material breach:
- Malicious use of or attacks against MeowPush, its users, suppliers, or any third-party system, including unauthorized access, vulnerability exploitation, port or service scanning, stress or denial-of-service attacks, malicious automation, malware distribution, service interference, abnormal resource consumption, or attempts to bypass authentication, access controls, or security mechanisms;
- repeatedly registering, switching, controlling, or coordinating large numbers of accounts on the same device, or using bulk accounts, automated registration, false identities, or similar means to evade quotas, free trials, rate limits, anti-abuse rules, account actions, device restrictions, or permanent bans;
- sending harassment, fraud, phishing, marketing floods, or spam without the recipient’s reasonable expectation or authorization; bypassing unsubscribe mechanisms; or concealing or falsifying the source of a notification;
- sending unlawful, infringing, defamatory, fraudulent, threatening, exploitative, or malicious content, or content that violates intellectual-property, privacy, personal-data, or other legal rights;
- obtaining, collecting, or using device tokens, contact details, or personal data that you are not authorized to process, or using the Services for an activity that legally requires a license or authorization you do not hold; or
- reverse engineering, reselling, renting, or commercially exploiting the Services without authorization, bypassing technical restrictions, or helping another person engage in the conduct above.
For suspected attacks, serious abuse, bulk-account evasion, or other urgent security risks, we may limit requests, invalidate credentials, suspend access, or permanently terminate associated accounts, devices, and service access without advance notice. We may take action against related accounts that share a controller, device, network, or automation characteristics. For non-urgent or remediable violations, we will explain the reason and offer an opportunity to appeal where reasonably practicable and legally permitted. Evidence of serious unlawful conduct or security incidents may be preserved and reported to upstream platforms, regulators, or law-enforcement authorities as permitted or required by law.
5. User Content and Data Responsibilities
You retain any rights you lawfully hold in notification content you submit. To perform your request, you instruct and authorize us to receive, validate, transform, route, and forward notification content transiently to the extent necessary. We do not log, store, or analyze push content; see the MeowPush Privacy Policy for the precise boundary.
You must have the necessary rights and lawful basis for notification recipients, device push tokens, text, images, links, custom data, and other content, and must provide any required notice, authorization, consent, and unsubscribe mechanism. You must not use the Services to transmit data that the law prohibits transmitting without appropriate safeguards or treat MeowPush as a solution for specially regulated data unless we have expressly confirmed support in writing and agreed on the required protections.
6. Third-Party Services and Delivery Limitations
Notification delivery depends on the internet, network operators, cloud infrastructure, endpoint devices, operating-system permissions, upstream system push platforms, and any compatible or self-hosted push gateway configured by the recipient. Third parties may change interfaces, review rules, quotas, available regions, and privacy practices. Device networking, notification permissions, power-saving policies, focus modes, and system settings can also affect when and how a notification appears or whether it arrives.
We reasonably maintain the Services and address faults, but we do not guarantee that every notification will be delivered immediately, in a particular order, or at all, or that every platform field will have an identical effect. External images, links, and self-hosted gateways are supplied by you or third parties. Their content, security, and availability are the responsibility of the relevant provider, and you should assess the risks before use.
MeowPush is not suitable as the sole notification or alert method for life safety, medical emergencies, fire response, disaster response, critical-infrastructure control, or other high-risk situations. You must establish independent, redundant, and verified communications and response mechanisms.
7. Intellectual Property
Intellectual-property rights in MeowPush software, websites, interfaces, branding, documentation, and related content belong to us or the applicable rights holder. Except where permitted by applicable law or expressly authorized by us, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell, rent, or otherwise commercially exploit them.
Open-source components are used under their respective licenses. These Terms do not alter your lawful rights in user content or transfer ownership beyond what is necessary to provide the Services.
8. Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, upgrades, security, compliance, supplier changes, or product changes. For planned changes or extended interruptions that materially affect users, we will give advance notice where reasonably practicable. Urgent vulnerabilities, attacks, third-party outages, or legal requirements may require immediate action.
In addition to enforcement for abuse under Section 4, we may limit, suspend, or terminate the relevant Services if you fail to pay an expressly agreed charge for an extended period, repeatedly violate upstream platform rules, or if required by law or a competent authority. Enforcement should be proportionate to the risk and violation.
You may stop using the Services, delete devices, or rotate credentials. After termination, we process related data according to the Privacy Policy, applicable data-processing agreements, cleanup rules, and legal obligations. If we permanently discontinue a paid consumer service in the future, we will address notice, remaining benefits, and refunds as required by applicable law.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MeowPush is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranty that is not expressly stated in these Terms, an order, or applicable consumer law, including implied warranties of uninterrupted operation, complete freedom from errors, fitness for a particular purpose, or continued availability of every third-party channel.
These Terms do not exclude warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain implied warranties, so an exclusion above may not apply fully to you.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from these Terms or the Services, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, or value of data use, except where the law prohibits that limitation.
These Terms do not limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, infringement of intellectual-property or privacy rights, or another matter that applicable law does not permit to be limited. Mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected. Any separately agreed liability cap applies only when it is expressly stated in the relevant order, plan, or enterprise agreement.
11. Privacy
We process personal data as described in the MeowPush Privacy Policy. When you submit device data, notification content, or other personal data on behalf of another person or organization, you generally determine the purposes and means of processing and are responsible for lawful instructions, responding to data-subject rights, and complying with applicable privacy law. We act as a Processor or Service Provider only to the extent necessary to provide the push service.
12. Export Controls and Sanctions
You must not access or use the Services in violation of applicable export controls, economic sanctions, or trade restrictions, or permit a prohibited person, entity, or region to use the Services through your account. You confirm that you are not a restricted party on an applicable sanctions list and will comply with mandatory trade laws relevant to where you live, where the Services are provided, and how you use them.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the law, service features, suppliers, or operations change. For changes that materially affect user rights, we will provide prominent notice through the website, client, or another appropriate channel and allow a reasonable opportunity to review them. Where the law requires separate confirmation or consent, we will complete that process. You may stop using the Services before the changes take effect.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Unless expressly stated otherwise in regional terms, an order, or another agreement, these Terms are governed by the law most closely connected to the MeowPush provider’s principal place of business and the relevant service relationship, without applying conflict-of-law rules that would require the law of another jurisdiction. This choice does not deprive you, as a consumer, of mandatory protections under the law of your place of residence.
If a dispute arises, both parties should first attempt to resolve it in good faith through the support email address. If the dispute is not resolved, either party may bring a claim in a court with lawful jurisdiction. Arbitration applies only if both parties separately and expressly agree to it. Your statutory rights to complain to a regulator, seek consumer protection, or pursue another legal remedy remain unaffected.
15. Other Terms and Contact
If part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to exercise a right immediately is not a waiver. You may not assign rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them as part of a merger, restructuring, or asset transfer as permitted by law and subject to any required notice.
